Riding modes

Safe Mode: With a max. speed up to 10 km/h, Safe mode is perfect for beginners. They can accelerate by pressing the throttle lightly (the light indicator blinks fast)

Turbo Mode: For more adventurous kids, the Turbo mode can speed up to approx. 16 km/h by pressing the throttle and they can enjoy riding effortlessly (the light indicator is continuously on)

Cruise Mode: Thanks to the power assist mode, kids just need to simply kick to accelerate up to 16 km/h (the light indicator blinks slowly)

We recommend you check the condition of your scooter before and after each ride to make sure there is no abnormal play, cracks, or sharp edges. The wheels and bearings are wearing parts. Be sure to check them regularly and replace them if necessary.
You can repair and extend the lifespan of your scooter with our official service provider SERTEC 360.

Warranty Info

The full scooter is covered including the electronics and battery, for 2 years from purchase.

The warranty is backed by Segway and the work is carried out by Sertec360, Segway’s technical partner based in the UK.
